If a tenant fails to honour an agreed appointment with the agent or agents/landlords contractor a charge of £40.00 per visit will be made to cover time, admin costs and fuel, this charge will be added to your rental account and may put you in arrears. In the event that the bank dishonours a cheque presented by you there will be a £25.00 charge. Late payment fees are payable if your rent account falls into arrears as follows: 10 days late £25.00, 20 days late £50.00, 30 days late £75.00.
