	Kevin Coley Director
	Upon founding Coley Thomson in 1999 with business partner David Thomson, Kevin set out to use his previous experiences within the industry to offer the local market place somthing different in terms of Estate Agency. Having been born and bred in Rushden and Higham Ferrers Kevin wanted to operate a business that focused on having the highest possible standards of customer service whilst also earning a reputation as the areas top selling agent. Kevin is proud to be able to proclaim that this was not only achieved but has been maintained since opening. It is a privelage for Kevin to have worked in the industry for 20 years and to this very day he strives to meet his own high standards and expects any employee of Coley Thomson to meet them too.

	David Thomson Director
	David started off his career in the industry in the early 90's as a mortgage advisor for two of the large national chains of estate agents. Due to Davids drive, ambition and self belief he became the number one advisor in the whole of the UK and was widley regarded as the best advisor in the group up until he left in 1999. Carrying on from the success he had enjoyed in his early career David established ColeyThomson with business parter Kevin Coley in late 1999 and runs the Financial Services business in conjunction with Coley Thomson, Martin Hawksby and Howe and Hawksby to this day. In recent years David has spread his wings pioneering “Best Deal Insurance” in Wellingborough now employing approximately 100 people. David’s time is spent almost exclusively in Best Deal but is always available to support Coley Thomson with his wealth of knowledge in the financial services sector.

	Lucy McDougall Sales Manager
	Lucy has been with us since 2004 and is without doubt a valuable asset to the team. Her responsibilities include all aspect of the business from selling and marketing houses to guiding them through to completion. Having previously worked in estate agency Lucy came to the company with a good understanding of the industry and she has now developed into a very strong minded, hard working individual who will stop at nothing to ensure our clients speak highly of their Coley Thomson experience.

	Melvyn Hockridge Mortgage Advisor
	Melvyn Hockridge has been working in conjunction with Coley Thomson now since the start of 2003 and benefits from being able to give fully independant advice on mortgages and insurances (life, critical illness and buildings and contents). Melvyn has earnt himself a reputation locally and within the industry as a hardworking individual who upholds the highest levels of integrity. It is this hard working ethos that has seen the return of many existing clients and has resulted in recommendations to friends and family, who themsleves have spoken highly of the services Melvyn and his team provide.
